Creating Brand Energy: The Process

An in depth process with your leadership team and broader staff, to collaboratively define WHO you are as a company and develop your guiding Brand Blueprint.

Your Brand Blueprint is your strategic foundation and guide to ensure that you are coordinated and consistent in what you say and do, (these are also cultural guidelines), to
build brand recognition, uptake and enduring brand value.

During my years as a professional facilitator, I have developed a range of facilitation techniques that can fast track your process and swiftly deal with any issues or blocks that may hamper progression. My work is based on my unique process which I developed in 2006 and wrote a book about - Creating Brand Energy - published in 2011.

This unique process, which I developed and have facilitated with businesses over the past 20 years, provides a great opportunity for your senior leadership team to clarify who you are as a company brand. It's also a fun team building exercise, to get everyone reinspired, aligned and on the same page moving forward.

Let’s get this party started! We'll overview our Vision, our Corporate Brand and House of Brands. We'll determine our key relationships and our value exchange (products) for each of these relationships.

Brand Personality, Values Overview, Purpose

We’ll define our unique Personality, which sets the attitude, tone and style of everything we do. From our Brand Personality we'll define our unique Values. We'll also explore our stakeholder engagement journey and our Purpose (personal intention). How do we want our stakeholders to feel when they experience us?

Values Defined, Global Visions, Brand Essence

We’ll overview and speed date our Values and their meanings to ensure they resonate with us. We'll define our Global Vision - our greater collective intent. We'll define our Brand Essence. We'll review our key messages and further develop and prioritise our activation strategies.

Blueprint Review

We'll overview our Brand Energy Blueprint. Develop our Code of Conduct and further refine our activation strategies - based on our Blueprint and Brand Strategy. This is our final cross check for questions and clarification and final ideas and thoughts.
